CDA Certification, Associates of Arts in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Management Diploma or higher

Staff participates yearly in various professional development trainings to further their education.

Type III Early Learning Centers (Child Care Centers)

These centers have committed to working with other early care and education providers to raise the level of standards and expectations for children birth to 5. This is accomplished through additional training, following the Louisiana Department of Education Birth to 5 Standards, teachers are observed using the CLASS assessments and all at-risk children are monitored using Teaching Strategies Gold Assessments.
