CDA Certification or higher; CPR & Pediatric First Aid Training, Staff participates yearly in various professional development trainings to further their education.

Curriculum
The curriculum is based on the Creative Curriculum and the Louisiana Department of Education's Birth to Five Learning and Development Standards.
